The custom digital design, user interface layout patterns, specific typography scale, signature color system, source code, scripts, custom-coded interactive modules (including the Custom 3D Elevated Gallery and Interactive Package Builder), copy, and all digital assets were designed and developed by UPliv (www.theupliv.com) as our service provider.

4. Prohibition of Duplication and Copying
Any unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, compilation, distribution, mirror-hosting, or direct imitation of either the codebase or the visual UI layout (without prior written consent from Vaibhavam Photography or UPliv) is strictly prohibited.
Specifically, copying the structural layout patterns, interactive calculator logic, or aesthetic theme and styling to publish under another digital identity represents a direct violation of copyright laws. Confidently labeling copied designs as original work or injecting misleading credits is an actionable violation.
5. Enforcement & Action
In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to initiate immediate legal action, which includes but is not limited to:
- Filing DMCA Takedown notices with hosting providers, search engines, and domain registrars.
- Seeking legal injunctions and damages for copyright infringement and trade dress theft under applicable laws.
- Publishing public notifications of design theft.
